Many chemical plants are concerned about the practical methods of damage repair, and now they have collected a basket. The glass-lined reactor has two structures, a split type and a closed type. The open type is a body cover separation, and the middle is connected by a mat and a clip, and the volume is generally below 5000L; the closed type is a body cover, and the general volume is more than 5000L.
These two structures have their own advantages, and the open type disassembly is convenient. If there is a problem with the nozzle on the can lid, it is easy to remove and repair separately, while the closed type has better sealing performance. In general, the open structure also has a flat welded butt flange connection and a flat cover type.
Application note
â–ºUsage pressure: 0.2-0.4Mpa
â–ºAcid resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids and organic solvents. For example, the glass-lined sample produced by our factory is boiled in a 20% HCI solution for 48 hours, and the corrosion rate is 0.9g/m2.d (the superior product index is 1.0g/m2.d).
►Alkaline resistance: The anti-corrosion effect of bismuth glass on alkaline solution is worse than that of acid solution. However, the glass samples of our factory were etched in 1N sodium hydroxide solution, and the test temperature was 80 °C for 48 hours. The corrosion rate was 6.76 g/m2.d (the indicator of superiority was 7.0 g/m2.d).
►Operating temperature: When the glass-lined equipment is heated and cooled, it should be carried out slowly. The glass-lined equipment manufactured by our factory has a temperature of 0-200 °C and a temperature-resistant rapid degeneration ≥200 °C.
â–ºCeramic layer thickness: The thickness of the porcelain layer of the glass equipment is 0.8-2.0mm, and the thickness of the porcelain layer of the glass-lined equipment attachment is 0.6-1.8mm.
â–º Piezoelectric resistance: The bismuth glass has good insulation. When the enamel glass is inspected with a 20KV high-frequency electric spark in a specified thickness, the high-frequency electric spark cannot penetrate the porcelain layer.
► Impact resistance: The smaller the internal stress of the glass layer, the better the elasticity, the greater the hardness, and the higher the bending and compressive strength, the better the impact resistance. The glass layer of our factory is within the specified thickness. When impacted by a steel ball with a diameter of 30mm and a weight of 112g, the impact energy is 282×10-3J (the index of superior products is 260×10-3J).
Execution Criteria â–º The standard for the implementation of the glass reactor is:
(1) GB25025-2010 "Technical Conditions for Glass-lined Equipment";
(2) The open reaction kettle is GB/T25027-2010 "Dry glass open mixing vessel";
(3) The closed reactor is GB/T25026-2010 "Clam-glass closed mixing vessel";
(4) Because the glass reactor is generally a pressure vessel, it must also comply with GB150 "Steel Pressure Vessel".
Damage repair
The glass-lined reactor is sprayed on the surface of low carbon steel tire with high silicon content, and is baked at a high temperature of about 900 °C to make the enamel adhere to the surface of the metal steel tire. The mechanical properties and physical properties of the two materials are formed. It is different, so its causes of damage are also diverse, generally for the following reasons:
â–ºMechanical damage The impact resistance of the glass is very poor. Any metal or hard object will cause the enamel to break. Therefore, during the use of the glass-lined kettle, any metal and hard objects should be prevented from falling into the kettle. If the material is blocked, it must be dredged with a plastic rod. The lid should be covered during maintenance to prevent small pits or porcelain explosions on the molten porcelain surface.
►Working temperature influence The glass-lined reactor is calcined at 900 °C. After cooling, the glass is bonded to the steel plate. Since the linear expansion coefficient and elongation of the bismuth glass are smaller than that of the steel sheet, the deformation amount of the bismuth glass after cooling is smaller than the deformation amount of the steel sheet, and the bismuth glass is restrained by the steel sheet to generate compressive stress. After the glass crucible is made, there is pre-compression stress in the bismuth glass, and pre-tensile stress exists in the steel sheet.
Since the pre-stress is related to the coefficient of linear expansion and the elongation, the coefficient of linear expansion and the elongation are closely related to the temperature. Therefore, the working temperature of the glass-lined kettle has a great influence on the use of the glass-lined kettle. If the stress generated by the bismuth glass exceeds the stress of its use due to a large temperature change, the bismuth glass will be destroyed. Therefore, the glass crucible is cold and hot, and it is extremely explosive.
When the temperature of the material and the temperature of the kettle body are too large when feeding, the steam is too strong when the temperature is raised, and the temperature is too fast to cause the porcelain to burst. Therefore, the glass crucible should be slow and uniform in the use and cooling in the stage, and cooled in stages.
â–ºExternal force action When the glass reactor is transported, only the tank ears are allowed to be stressed (refer to non-packaging). Rolling and crowbars are not allowed to avoid vibration and collision. It is strictly forbidden to take stress on vulnerable parts such as pipe clamps and clamps.
Under certain conditions, the equipment is better stored indoors. When the equipment is stored outdoors, it should be covered to avoid people knocking on objects, sun and rain. Special attention should be paid during the winter storage to check whether the tank and the thermometer casing are filled with water to avoid damage due to freezing. For reactors or polymerizers equipped with mechanical seals, the seals should be protected and kept clean.
â–ºProcessing stress damage During the processing of the kettle body, due to the large amount of internal stress generated by the reel, stamping and welding, if the stress is not completely eliminated, the glass crucible will explode. This damage often occurs in the first three months after it is put into use, so heat treatment or aging treatment of the embryo body can prevent porcelain explosion.
â–ºElectrostatic puncture The glass is stirred in a glass kettle with suspended solids. The suspended matter and the neodymium glass are strongly rubbed, and the suspended matter itself is also rubbed, which generates a large amount of static charge. The high static charge generates strong antimony glass. Puncture, which leads to pitting of the bismuth glass, so the stirring speed should not be too fast.
â–ºHydrogen condensation corrosion The jacket of the glass kettle will foul and rust after a period of use. If the acid detergent is used to remove the dirt or the coolant in the jacket is acidic, it will cause hydrogen evolution corrosion of the metal (Fe+2HCI= FeC12+H2O) A part of H atoms diffuse into the holes in the metal and combine to form H2. These H: can not be diffused outward due to the compactness of the bismuth glass. Therefore, when H2 accumulates to a certain extent and forms a constant power, æªThe glass will break.
Therefore, when cleaning and scaling is acid-washed, a buffer must be added. If the value of the glass-filled kettle is high or it is not easy to replace or even corrosive perforation, a high-quality cleaning agent with low corrosion rate must be used to avoid improper cleaning operation. Serious consequences.
