Recently, with the approval of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, Ningxia Lingwu Cashmere Industrial Park has been approved to build a demonstration area for the establishment of a well-known brand in the national cashmere deep-processing industry. It is understood that this is Ningxia's first demonstration area for national famous brands that has been approved for establishment and is the only demonstration area in the national cashmere industry that has been approved for construction.
The establishment of a demonstration area by famous brands is the implementation of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†requirements by the AQSIQ. It has established a number of demonstrative areas with influence and popularity in the country, covering all major industries and fields in China. The establishment of a demonstration area requires a solid foundation for quality work, a sound service and supervision system, and brand development activities such as the creation of a brand to revitalize the development of a full-scale, industrial development in the forefront of the nation and other requirements. The establishment of the national famous cashmere deep-processing industry demonstration zone will surely promote the specialization, intensification and cluster development of Lingwu and Ningxia cashmere further processing industries, enhance the brand recognition and market competitiveness of the Ningxia cashmere industry, and develop the Ningxia characteristics. The "specialized and new" development path of industrial superiority has played an active role in promoting China-Arab economic and trade exchanges and implementing the national "One Belt and One Road" development strategy. The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Bureau of Quality Supervision will complete all the preparatory work within the prescribed time limit in accordance with the requirements, and strive to pass the expert review and acceptance before the end of 2015 and obtain formal approval from the AQSIQ.
