Recycled Nylon Fabric, also known as nylon return material, is generally produced by smelting and granulating nylon yarn, nylon yarn or nylon cloth. The impurity of recycled nylon material produced by nylon yarn, nylon yarn or nylon cloth is relatively low; the impurity of recycled nylon material granulated from block material and product crushing material is relatively high.
There are exceptions. The nylon yarn or nylon yarn is bundled cleanly, and the regenerated nylon produced can be close to the color and material properties of the new nylon material. The quality of recycled nylon produced from bundles of scrapped nylon cloth is better than that of nylon cloth corners.
Regenerated nylon has good abrasion resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance, and also greatly reduces the water absorption and shrinkage rate of raw materials, and has excellent dimensional stability and excellent mechanical strength.
Such products are divided into two categories, one is special materials for power tools, and the other is various reinforced nylon materials.
A. Special materials for power tools
This series of products has been certified by UL yellow card in the United States. It is based on imported nylon 6, and various excellent reinforcing agents, toughening agents, anti-aging agents and colorants are added. flexibility, high stiffness and low warpage.
B. Various colors of reinforced nylon
This series of products is produced according to the performance and specifications required by customers, mainly including: hydrolysis-resistant series, oil-resistant wear-resistant series, high-temperature and anti-aging series, anti-static conductive series, high-flow thin-walled series and high-rigidity series, etc.
Widely used in gears, bearings, fan blades, pump blades, bicycle parts, auto parts, fishing gear and some precision engineering products.
